Refund Policy

1. FREE TRIAL

All new accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required during the trial period. If you choose not to subscribe after the trial, your account will be automatically downgraded.

2. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. Due to the nature of SaaS services:

• Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun
• You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

3. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 30 days of the initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but the Service will remain active until the end of the subscription period.

4. EXCEPTIONS

We may issue refunds at our discretion in the following circumstances:

• Significant service outages or technical failures caused by our platform (exceeding 72 hours in a billing period)
• Duplicate charges due to billing errors
• Charges made after a cancellation request was properly submitted

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, contact us at heaven130925@gmail.com with:

• Your hotel name and registered email address
• The reason for your refund request
• The transaction date and amount

We will respond to refund requests within 3 business days.

6. CANCELLATION

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in a refund for the current period.
